Returns and Refund Policy

The company offers return and refund to its customers under the following categories –

“Try it & Buy It” :- The company offers 99 minutes time to its customers under try it & buy it concepts without any advance except “Communication Fee”. Customers can place an order by paying only Rs. 99/- including gst as communication fee.

“Communication Fee” :- The company charged Rs. 99/- including gst as communication fee towards the door delivery and the same is fully adjustable with the sale amount after the order get confirmed. However it’s a non-refundable amount and in case of return or rejection the amount shall not be refunded to customers and charged as “Communication Fee”.

“No Return or Refund Policy after 99 mintutes” :- Once a goods delivered to its customers and the same can’t be return or amount refunded after 99 minutes of “try it & buy it” concepts. The customers are allowed to check and trail the goods within 99 minutes without paying the advance amount and after the confirmation by the customers within 99 minutes the amount shall be paid and the same is non refundable and non returnable whatsoever after 99 minutes.

“Return Policy” :-
1. Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.
2. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

“Non-returnable Products” :-
All products cannot be returned. The list of products that cannot be returned are:
1. Products that have been used or tampered.
2. Products damaged due to misuse of product or products having incidental damages due to malfunctioning.
3. Product sold in sets or combination cannot be returned individually.

“ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY” :-
Cancellation of an order can be done by us or by you as mentioned herein.
We have the discretion to cancel an order. The reasons for cancellation shall inter alia include without limitation the following:
Your failure to comply with these Conditions or breach of any of the policies / terms referred herein
- Technical errors or issue.
- Any reason relating to credit / fraud avoidance.
- Invalid address or wrong address is provided by the User in order details.
- Malpractices used to place the order.
- Bulk order is placed for the likely commercial resale.
- Multiple orders are placed for same product at the same address.
- Order is undelivered after three (3) attempt.
